Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Route Planner to plan, optimize, and coordinate daily transportation routes for timely shipments and efficient fleet use. You will work to maximize route efficiency, meet SLAs, and support overall operational performance.

The role requires 2–5 years in route planning or related logistics, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage vendor relationships and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in route planning, warehouse logistics, or related roles.
• Leadership skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly linehaul and shuttle route plans.
• Analyze shipment volume, delivery requirements, and vehicle capacity to optimize routes.
• Coordinate with accredited transport vendors on capacity, schedules, and service expectations.
• Monitor vendor performance and route utilization; report improvements.
• Provide route analysis for cost evaluation and procurement support.
