Spencer Foods Corporation in the Metro Manila area is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensure quality and delivery targets, and maintain safety and environmental standards.

The role involves supervising personnel, coordinating with PPIC, QA, and Engineering, and driving continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime. A strong background in food manufacturing and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in meat or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production to meet targets.
• Monitor quality, safety, and environmental standards and respond to deviations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to optimize line efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Develop and coach section heads; enforce work standards and discipline.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
