Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas per food safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation, including cutting, portioning, and cooking, following kitchen guidelines.
• Properly store and handle ingredients to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with deliveries.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly and report maintenance concerns.
