Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in project-based business.
• Experience in lighting industry is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets in Singapore.
• Develop specifications and promote LIGMAN products to projects at design stage.
• Build relationships with lighting designers, architects, and consultants.
• Provide technical support and lighting solutions to project stakeholders.
• Identify new projects and opportunities.

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
