Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. (GCash) is looking for a Customer Segment and Lifecycle Management Manager to drive lifecycle strategy, growth programs, and cross-functional collaboration across international GCash products.

You will own lifecycle roadmaps, craft targeted campaigns, and build compelling value propositions for overseas Filipinos and cross-border users. The role emphasizes analytics, business case development, and end-to-end program management to optimize activation, usage, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, CRM, portfolio marketing, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own customer lifetime value, engagement, and lifecycle growth strategies across GCash international products and segments.
• Design and operationalize lifecycle framework for international portfolio.
• Define segment-specific strategies for Overseas Filipinos, travelers, freelancers, and cross-border users.
• Lead end-to-end growth programs from ideation to measurement and scaling.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Partnerships, and Operations to bring initiatives to market.
• Monitor activation, first transaction, usage, retention, and revenue funnels and translate insights into actions.
