Job summary

Manulife Financial seeks a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank. The role works with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative solutions addressing protection, long-term savings, and investment needs.

The position involves building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience is highly preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients in coordination with branch, sales and service teams.
• Develop and execute monthly sales call plans and daily call reports to track activities and outcomes.
• Generate new account relationships and deepen existing ones to improve profitability.
• Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and on-site product demonstrations for new business.
• Possess strong KYC, due diligence, and regulatory compliance to protect clients and the bank.
