Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to deliver life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients. You will work with branch sales and service teams to create innovative product solutions addressing protection and long-term savings needs.

Role requires proactive lead generation, client meetings, and performance reporting. You will manage customer relationships and ensure timely documentation while adhering to KYC and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; sales or customer service background in banking, transport, pharma, FMCG, hospitality or IT is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
• Work closely with branch sales and service teams to address client needs with innovative product solutions.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships with excellent service.
• Assist in achieving sales goals including lead generation, conversion, and account maintenance.
• Prepare monthly sales call plans and daily call reports for performance reviews.
