Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients through the bank’s network, coordinating with branch, sales and service teams. The role focuses on protecting, long-term savings and investments for clients’ needs.

You will generate leads, conduct client calls and presentations, and maintain relationships while ensuring compliance and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
• Sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT are encouraged.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Work with branch, sales and service teams to address protection, savings and investment needs.
• Strengthen client relationships through excellent service.
• Assist in achieving sales goals including lead generation, conversion, acquisition and cross-selling.
• Prepare monthly sales plans and reports; conduct client calls and presentations.
• Generate new accounts and deepen existing relationships to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliant Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes.
