The ideal candidate has a proven sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to achieve targets while maintaining high ethical standards. Prior bancassurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; candidates from banking, service, or other industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank.
• Collaborate with branch, sales and service teams to tailor product solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships to grow accounts and revenue.
• Prepare sales plans and reports to track progress and results.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups to drive new business.
