Manulife group is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank clients in coordination with branch teams. The role emphasizes proactive sales activity, client service excellence, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; suitable also from banking, pharma, FMCG, IT sectors.
• Must be self-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Collaborate with branch and service teams to address protection and investment needs.
• Achieve sales targets including lead generation, conversion, and cross-selling of MCBL products.
• Prepare and review sales plans and reports with branch/area managers.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely service and follow-ups.
• Conduct client calls, presentations and product demonstrations as required.
• Perform KYC, CDD/EDD procedures according to risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with HR and company training requirements.
