Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience in banking, pharma, FMCG, hospitality or IT is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Collaborate with branch and sales teams to deliver tailored protection and long-term savings options.
• Strengthen client relationships through excellent service.
• Assist in achieving sales goals, including lead generation and conversion.
• Prepare monthly sales plans and reports; conduct client calls and product presentations.
• Generate new account relationships and deepen existing ones to grow profitability.
• Perform KYC/CDD/EDD procedures according to client risk profiles.
• Ensure timely communications, attend trainings, and comply with HR and regulatory requirements.
