Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to deliver life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank, working closely with branch sales and service teams to drive protection, savings and investment needs. You will build lasting client relationships and support sales objectives through timely follow-up and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and preferred bancassurance sales experience; strong communication and self-driven attitude

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; other sales/customer service backgrounds encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to address client needs.
• Generate leads, convert leads, and expand accounts to meet targets.
• Prepare monthly sales plans and daily sales call reports.
• Perform KYC/CDD/EDD according to client risk.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and upsell/cross-sell.
