Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; candidates with banking, transport, pharma, FMCG, hospitality or IT sales are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Work closely with branch and service teams to address protection and long-term needs.
• Generate and deepen client relationships and assist with account maintenance.
• Prepare monthly sales call plans and daily reports; review plans with Area/Branch Manager.
• Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD according to client risk profile and ensure compliance.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and ensure timely HR system updates and communications.
