Job summary

Career Point, a nationwide real estate company, seeks a Licensed Real Estate Broker to lead brokerage, project selling, and rental activities. You will oversee property listings, lead management, sales negotiations, marketing coordination, compliance, reporting, collections, and team performance while ensuring business and regulatory requirements are met.

Active PRC Real Estate Broker’s License is required; proven leadership in sales and project management is highly valued to drive targets

Qualifications

• Active PRC Real Estate Broker’s License is required.
• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, project selling, and/or rentals.
• Experience in leading, recruiting, training, and managing a sales team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property listings, sales negotiations, closing processes, and real estate documentation.
• Strong lead management, sales pipeline monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using Zoho or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and transaction compliance.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage brokerage activities, project selling, rental, negotiation, and closing activities within the assigned deployment hub.
• Recruit, accredit, train, coach, and manage a salespersons team.
• Acquire, verify, maintain, and regularly update accurate property listings.
• Coordinate project advertisements and marketing initiatives.
• Review transaction documents and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate activity, pipeline, sales, collection, and expense reports.
• Monitor and ensure the proper collection and remittance of commissions and shares.
• Maintain accountability for the performance, professionalism, and conduct of the assigned sales team.
