Job summary

MILLENNIUM ERECTORS CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Architect who will lead the planning, design, development, and coordination of architectural works for property development and construction projects.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Revit or SketchUp is an advantage. You will coordinate with engineers and contractors, conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with codes, and support project documentation and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in architecture required.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred/required.
• 7 years general experience; 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in architectural design and construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods and applicable building codes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be deployed to SAN PABLO, LAGUNA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, designs, and construction drawings.
• Develop and review designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural details.
• Assist in project documentation, permits, and project turnover.
