Job summary

Fitness Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. You will administer manual therapy and dry needling, incorporate modality therapies, and provide neuromuscular reeducation as needed.

You will educate patients on conditions, home exercise programs, and injury prevention while monitoring progress and updating records.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting physical assessments and formulating treatment goals.
• Ability to design personalized therapy plans based on diagnoses.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and modern rehab techniques.
• Familiarity with dry needling and neuromuscular reeducation concepts.
• Strong patient education and progress documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, including ROM, strength, flexibility, posture and function.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for patients based on diagnoses.
• Administer therapies such as manual therapy, dry needling and modalities (e.g., Shockwave, Tecar, lasers) and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, home exercises and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; document changes in patient outcomes.
• Complete IE Notes after each patient with detailed, accurate information.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions.
• Create marketing videos to support clinic outreach.
• Carry out feedback forms for new patients.
• Record clinic census, metrics, machine sales, product sales, employee evaluation forms and inventory.
