Job summary

Fitness Physical Therapy Clinic in Barangay Ligtasan, Tarlac City, is seeking a physical therapist to conduct detailed assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and apply a range of therapies to improve function.

You will educate patients on conditions, home exercises, and injury prevention while monitoring progress and documenting outcomes. The role also involves clinical documentation and supporting clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, including ROM, strength, flexibility, posture, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for patients based on their diagnoses and individual needs.
• Administer therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, trigernics, spinal manipulation, ASTR, dry needling, exercises, modalities, and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Complete IE Notes after each patient with detailed, accurate information related to the patient's case.
• To help educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions.
• Create marketing videos.
• To carry out feedback forms for every new patient.
• Participate in recording and documenting clinic patient census, metric system, machine sales, product sales, employee evaluation form, incident report form & inventory system.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, including their range of motion, strength, flexibility, posture, and functional abilities.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for patients based on their diagnoses and individual needs.

• Administer various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, trigenics, spinal manipulation, ASTR, dry needling, exercises, modalities (e.g., Shockwave, Tecar, High Intensity Laser, Cold laser Therapy, Cryotherapy, Accumatic, Compression Therapy, Cupping Therapy, etc), and neuromuscular reeducation.

• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

• Continuously monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document the outcomes. By documenting Patient Progress and patient responses to treatment, including changes in symptoms, range of motion, and strength.

• Complete IE Notes every after patient with detailed, accurate & specific information related to the patient's case.

• To Help educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions.

• Create Marketing videos.

• To carry out feedback forms for every new patient.

• Participate in recording and documenting clinic patient census, metric system, machine sales, product sales, employee evaluation form, incident report form & inventory system.
