Job summary

Roymed Pharmaceutical in Pampanga seeks a licensed FDA pharmacist representative to oversee regulatory registrations and ongoing compliance. The role requires meticulous documentation and timely submissions to government agencies.

You will manage CPRs, CGMPs, CODs, and LTO registrations, monitor status with FDA, PDEA, GS1, PhilGEPS and EDPMS, maintain license inventories, and provide technical compliance support to internal teams. Residency in Pampanga is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and PRC license.
• Regulatory compliance and documentation experience.
• Residence in Pampanga is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as licensed FDA pharmacist representative.
• Handle registration, renewal, and monitoring of CPRs, CGMPs, CODs, and LTOs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents for government and private requirements.
• Monitor application status with FDA, PDEA, GS1, PhilGEPS, and EDPMS.
• Maintain accurate tracking of licenses, certificates, and expirations.
• Provide technical and compliance documentation support to internal team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist (PRC Registered)
• With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
• Strong background in FDA regulatory compliance and documentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven
• Can handle confidential regulatory documents with integrity
• Residence within Pampanga Province is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• ₱6,000 monthly professional license fee
