• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registered pharmacist status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products
• Prepare, review, and submit documents for product registration, renewals, and variations
• Maintain accurate and organized regulatory and product documentation
• Act as the company’s licensed pharmacist representative for regulatory compliance
• Monitor updates in pharmaceutical laws and ensure timely implementation
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and distribution of products in accordance with standards
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, marketing) on compliance matters
• Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products
• Provide technical and regulatory support to management and staff

Job Description

The Company Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical operations of the organization comply with regulatory standards and legal requirements. This role oversees product registration, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with regulatory authorities. • Internship or academic project experience in regulatory affairs or related fields is an advantage

• Familiarity with documentation and processes related to product registration, regulatory submissions, and compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to regulatory software and databases

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High level of integrity and ethical standards
