• Dispensing Medications: Accurately preparing and providing prescribed medications to patients based on medical prescriptions.
• Medication Counseling: Educating patients on how to properly use medications, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper dosages.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Reviewing patient medications for possible interactions, duplications, or incorrect dosages to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
