LICENSED PHARMACIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Pharmacist to join our team.

Pharmacist responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the company operations. Ensuring that the quality of medicines is maintained through proper handling and storage. Counterchecks prescriptions to ensure accuracy of dispensing. Counsels customers/patients regarding the medications they are taking.

Qualifications

Must be a PRC Licensed Pharmacist (Active License)
Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy is an advantage
Fresh graduates with valid PRC License are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Applications and Google Sheets
Flexibility and adaptability, communication, organization, computer literate, and follow-through skills
Customer-service oriented
Able to handle confidential/sensitive information
Have the ability to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate patient medication orders for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety.
Collaborate with Physicians and Wellness Consultants to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Assist logistics in incoming shipments from the pharmacy.
Labels all medicines in accordance with labeling requirements.
Ensures proper packaging, distribution and storage of vials, and other drug preparations.
Assures that the right drug is given to the right patient at the right time with the right route of administration.
Monitors shipments from arrival to release to patients/clients
Responds to patients/clients’ emails, messages, or calls with appropriate information.
Record, monitor, and make daily sales reports.
Performs other related functions as instructed by his/her superior
