Job summary

SmoothMoves Incorporation is seeking a seasoned Mechanical/Plumbing Project Supervisor to lead MEPF works on high-rise and commercial projects in Pasay. The role requires a BS in mechanical engineering, PRC licensure, and a Master Plumber credential, with at least three years of hands-on supervision experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC installations, coordinate with civil and architectural teams, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical course in mechanical and plumbing works.
• PRC-Licensed Mechanical Engineer and Registered Master Plumber.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction, preferably hotels/commercial/high-rise projects.
• Experience supervising plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and other MEPF works.
• Knowledgeable in domestic water supply, sanitary and storm drainage, pumps, plumbing fixtures, and piping systems.
• Experienced in fire protection systems, including sprinklers, standpipes, fire pumps, and testing.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, ventilation, exhaust systems, and mechanical installation.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and coordination drawings.
• Experienced in supervising subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
• Capable of conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with civil, architectural, and other MEPF teams.
• Knowledgeable in testing and commissioning, quality control, and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and meet project schedules.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City and available to start ASAP.
