Job summary

CL Follosco Group Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer to join as Technical Assistant, working closely with the General Manager to oversee production operations, project coordination, fabrication activities, and site works.

The ideal candidate will read engineering drawings, supervise teams, monitor schedules, ensure quality and safety compliance, and provide technical support for operational improvements while coordinating with procurement and project teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with active Philippine license.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong project coordination and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Willing to conduct site visits and oversee field operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations.
• Supervise production personnel, contractors, and project activities.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee installation activities.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams regarding materials and schedules.
• Prepare progress reports and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
