Job summary

Shang Properties, Inc. is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to maintain and oversee the building’s common area facilities and essential systems, including generators, lighting, plumbing, and electrical networks.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical Engineer with valid license.
5 years relevant work experience.
3 years in building/facilities management, preferably in Office building or High-Rise Condominium.
Knowledge of Building Facilities Management and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee common area facilities and essential building systems including generators, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Manage and update all technical records, manuals, as-built plans, and related documentation.
Supervise technical staff in carrying out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Respond to client service requests.
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues raised by tenants or unit owners.
Recommend and implement energy conservation measures and cost-saving initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
