The role centers on maintaining and overseeing essential building systems, managing technical records, as-built plans, and related documentation, while supervising maintenance staff and responding to tenant service requests. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years in building/facilities management preferably in Office building or High-Rise Condominium.
• Knowledgeable in Building Facilities Management and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee common area facilities and building systems, including generators, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Supervise technical staff in routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and respond to tenant/service requests.
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of technical issues raised by tenants or unit owners; implement energy conservation measures.
