Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive construction projects from initiation to close-out in the South Area, Taguig. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, resources, and teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements include a Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, PRC license, 5 years in FDAS/Auxiliary Items, and proven PM experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC-licensed Electronics or Electrical engineer.
• 5 years of related FDAS and Auxiliary Items experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
