Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from kickoff to closeout. The role manages schedules, manpower, resources, and site activities to ensure timely delivery within budget across the South Area including Taguig.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams, handle documentation and progress billing, and implement risk mitigation while maintaining safety and quality standards on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC-licensed Electronics or Electrical professional.
• 5 years of FDAS and Auxiliary Items experience.
• Proven Project Manager experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to perform site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to finish.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily/weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays and risks; implement catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing, commissioning and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and policies.
• Lead team development, meetings and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
