Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion
Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM)
Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans
Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB)
Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans
Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
