Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a seasoned Project Manager in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and a PRC license. You will lead complex projects in FDAS and Auxiliary Items, driving schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Demonstrated leadership and 5+ years of PM experience in construction are essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license as Electronics or Electrical engineer.
• 5 years of FDAS and Auxiliary Items experience.
• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, and PM skills.
• Scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control knowledge.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch‑up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close‑out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
