Job summary

Blue collar Manpower services in Metro Manila seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead MSTs and oversee building facilities maintenance and construction/fitout activities.

You will review plans, inspect works, resolve tenant technical concerns, act as Pollution Control Officer, and serve as Officer-In-Charge when PM is absent. Licensed electrical engineer required, with other engineering tasks as assigned by PM.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical engineer required.
• Experience in building facilities maintenance preferred.
• Plan review and inspection familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead for the MSTs
• Building Facilities maintenance
• Construction and Fitout (Plan review, inspection, etc.)
• Resolution of Tenant Technical-related concerns
• Act as Pollution Control Officer
• Act as Officer-In-Charge in the absence of PM
• Other engineering tasks that the PM will assign.
• Must be Electrical Engineer ( License )
