Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in San Juan City is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Engineer to oversee the safety, integrity, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and building facilities.

This project-lead role directs maintenance personnel, drives preventive strategies, and ensures smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant and must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer, with strong leadership and knowledge of electrical

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment and as a building electrician.
Strong leadership, knowledge of electrical safety codes and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Formulate project plans, delegate tasks, and guide maintenance teams on facility upgrades and repairs.
Systems Maintenance: Oversee building and plant machinery including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, tanks and packaging equipment.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement routine inspections and PM schedules to minimize downtime and enforce electrical safety protocols.
Financial Oversight: Assess repair costs, negotiate maintenance contracts, and evaluate project bids.
