Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Formulate project plans, delegate tasks, and guide maintenance teams on facility upgrades and repairs.
• Systems Maintenance: Oversee building and plant machinery including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, tanks and packaging equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement routine inspections and PM schedules to minimize downtime and enforce electrical safety protocols.
• Financial Oversight: Assess repair costs, negotiate maintenance contracts, and evaluate project bids.

FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Location: San Juan City (On-Site)

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

As our Facilities & Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the safety, structural integrity, and efficiency of our manufacturing machinery and building facilities. In this project-lead role, you will direct maintenance personnel, spearhead preventive strategies, and ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Formulate comprehensive project plans, delegate tasks efficiently, and guide the maintenance team on facility upgrades and repairs.
• Systems Maintenance: Oversee critical building and plant machinery, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, tanks, and packaging equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement routine inspections and PM schedules to minimize operational downtime and enforce electrical hazard controls.
• Financial Oversight: Assess equipment repair costs, negotiate preventive maintenance vendor contracts, and evaluate project bid proposals.

Qualifications

• License: Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing plant environment and as a building electrician.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, solid knowledge of electrical safety codes, and strong technical problem‑solving skills.
