Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer for our manufacturing and facilities team in San Juan City, Manila.

The role focuses on overseeing plant electrical systems, driving preventive maintenance programs, and leading facility improvement projects to ensure reliability and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, evaluating costs, and guiding projects from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations and building electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, facility management, and electrical safety standards.
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and facility repair and maintenance costs.
• Plan and lead facility improvement projects, including task delegation, team coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, tanks, and packaging equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Review preventive maintenance contracts and project bid proposals.
• Recommend facility improvement projects to the immediate superior.
