Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Building/Facilities Engineer in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering graduate with a valid Registered Electrical Engineer license and 1–2 years of building engineering experience.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, supervising contractors, and managing energy and lighting systems. Candidate should be ready for a Monday–Saturday work schedule in a commercial property setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Electrical Engineering graduate.
• Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer required.
• 1–2 years of experience as Building Engineer or Facilities Engineer.
• Experience in commercial property is highly advantageous.
• Background in project management preferred.
• Willing to be stationed in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
• Amenable to Monday–Saturday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Monitor building operations and performance under limited supervision.
• Inspect and oversee exterior contractors and in-house maintenance tasks.
• Estimate parts and time for repairs; source materials as needed.
• Maintain energy management and lighting systems; ensure cost efficiency.
