The role focuses on end-to-end process control, collaborating on import/export, 3PLs, and regulatory bodies to optimize landed costs, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification or equivalent
• 5-10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in the Philippine market
• Experience in importation, customs clearance, logistics, freight, and distribution
• Strong understanding of BOC regulations, tariff classification, and import compliance
• Experience in a commercial/operational environment (not shared services)
• Retail, FMCG, import/export, or general merchandise experience is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with international freight forwarders and shipping lines for Certificates of Origin and shipment orders
• Monitor the whole supply chain cycle from Philippine ports to the local warehouse
• Minimize costs by ensuring containers are moved within free time periods
• Monitor store replenishment orders, fulfillment, and reverse logistics
• Monitor 3PL operations, service quality, accuracy, and KPIs
• Support coordination and follow-ups on damaged goods reports and claims
• Maintain inventory accuracy in systems for company and 3PL
• Review landed cost computations and use Free Trade Agreements to reduce duties
• Ensure accuracy of Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading
• Serve as primary contact for Bureau of Customs and ensure shipments comply with Tariff Act
