Job summary

ALC Group of Companies seeks a Civil Project Engineer to oversee construction and land development projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, government agencies, and homeowners to ensure timely, compliant implementation per plans and specs.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a valid PRC license, and proven experience in residential housing construction and land development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; PRC license/registration needed.
• Proven experience as Project Civil Engineer, Site Engineer or similar in horizontal/land development and residential housing construction.
• Strong cost estimation, quantity take-offs, site inspection, construction supervision, and plan reading skills.
• Knowledge of National Building Code of the Philippines and LGU permitting processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing construction and land development projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government agencies, and homeowners to ensure compliant, timely execution.
• Prepare site inspection reports and update management on project status.
• Estimate costs for minor projects, including material quantities and labor for project liquidation.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with approved plans and regulations.
• Address technical concerns of homeowners and lot owners; assist with subdivision requirements.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
