Job summary

CDCC is seeking a Resident Engineer - Civil | Structural to oversee civil and structural construction activities in our projects. You will supervise contractors, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and contribute to project reports and documentation.

The role requires leadership in planning, coordination, and cost control, with strong knowledge of industry standards, scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses.
• Experience in construction project management with civil and structural focus.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, codes and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural construction activities, ensuring safety, timeliness, and compliance.
• Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to develop plans, schedules, and resources.
• Maintain construction documentation and contribute to progress reports.
• Monitor progress, manage scope, time, and cost control.
