Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with PRC accreditation.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Review construction plans and specifications for cost accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost reporting.
• Evaluate contractor, supplier, and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare QA/QC documents and checklists.
