The role involves site visits, design coordination, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong drafting and rendering skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Architect.

• Willing to work around Rizal and Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in developing architectural plans and visualizations, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and assisting in the supervision of ongoing projects across Rizal and Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Assist in project coordination from design development through implementation.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.

• Review site conditions and coordinate necessary design or technical adjustments.

• Ensure architectural drawings and project documentation are accurate and up to date.

• Provide technical support and solutions to architectural and site-related concerns.

• Lead and collaborate with project teams to help ensure projects are completed according to design, quality, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect

3-5 years of experience

Strong drafting & rendering skills
