Job summary

You will use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to produce plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives, visit sites, and present concepts to clients. Proficiency with Lumion is preferred, and you will ensure code compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions.
• Proficiently use CAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revit to create plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.
• Incorporate engineering considerations into architectural designs.
• Develop detailed drawings to communicate design intent.
• Take responsibility for the complete design process from conceptualization to implementation.
• Visit project sites and address queries based on provided drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers to discuss options and ensure coordination.
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership to guide design activities.
• Present design concepts to clients under supervision/partners.
• Be pro-active and willing to work under pressure and long hours.
