Job Description

• Prepares complete architectural and construction plans and drawings;
• Regular site supervision and coordination to ensure compliance with approved plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards;
• Prepares cost estimates for the architectural components of projects;
• 3D modeling and printing as required for project deliverables;
• Attends to building maintenance for existing projects;
• Constant communication with local and international suppliers, contractors, and forwarders;
• Building permit and occupancy permit processing;
• Coordination with engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies;
• Preparation, review, and submission of project documentation and reports;
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and professional standards; and
• Such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Management from time to time, provided such tasks are related to the business operations of the Employer.
