Teciem is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore-based team. You will design, build, and deliver GenAI features to a production-ready level, collaborating with the AI Engineering Lead and cross-functional teams.

With 5+ years in software and 2+ in AI/GenAI, you will advance our AI roadmap, deploy GenAI solutions, and stay ahead of research trends while mentoring peers and driving architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on AI/ML.
• 5+ years of software development experience, incl. 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI experience.

What will you contribute? We are looking for a hands‑on Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore-based team at Teciem. As a senior individual contributor, you will design, build, and deliver our GenAI solutions to production quality. You will work within the Bangalore team, reporting to the AI Engineering Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver GenAI features to production quality.
• Contribute to architecture, tooling, and development standards alongside the AI Engineering Lead.
• Take part in code reviews, performance optimization, and technical design.
• Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers on the AI roadmap.
• Stay current with AI research and trends.

Required qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, with hands‑on experience in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.
• Demonstrated success in deploying GenAI solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with large‑scale analytics and machine learning libraries.
