What will you contribute?

We are looking for a Development Manager to lead the Kondor Back Office engineering team, a critical component of the Kondor Treasury solution. Based in Bangalore, you will manage and grow a team of engineers (around 10), driving delivery, engineering quality, and team performance on a platform that supports business-critical financial operations. This role combines ownership of a production system—with strong expectations on stability, support, and continuous enhancement—with active participation in a broader modernization journey powered by AI, transforming both our technology stack and platform capabilities. You will play a key role in aligning engineering execution with business priorities, while contributing to the evolution of the platform toward modern architectures, cloud deployment (Kubernetes), and a SaaS-oriented model. This position requires a balanced focus on: people leadership technical understanding execution excellence You will play a key role in aligning team priorities with business goals, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the evolution of both the platform and the engineering organization.
