Job summary

Manila Business College is seeking an experienced Librarian/Library Manager to establish and oversee the college library's operations. You will develop, promote and evaluate learning resources to support teaching and learning across the institution.

The role requires 3-5 years of professional experience in a related setting, a Bachelor's in Library Science, and preferably a Master's degree with a license. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science; license preferred.
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a consultancy or related role.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and manage the smooth operation of the Library.
• Create, promote and evaluate learning resources to support teaching and learning across the college.
• Organize and manage the Library for classes, groups and individuals.
• Select, acquire, organize and promote Library resources and ICT.
• Ensure access to high-quality resources for all students and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the library's impact on teaching and learning.
• Maintain records and ensure data protection compliance.
