Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drawing plans and activities to upgrade library services and facilities; formulating policies re: user and information services; assess effectiveness of library programs.
• Implementing approved plans; maintaining library spaces; updating records and generating usage reports.
• Operating circulation systems; managing permits, room bookings, and library payments; guiding users and conducting library orientation.
• Supervising staff, student workers, and trainees; planning staff schedules and performance targets.
• Selecting and recommending library materials and conducting shelf reading and inventory.
