• Record travel times, routes, and work hours in logs.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents to supervisor.

About the role

Safely and timely drive the employer's visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer and carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records, purchasing, and bank transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that assigned vehicle is clean and well maintained at all times
• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
• Perform daily maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle
• Precisely complete all paper work connected with the delivery/transaction before the scheduled travel
• Ensure timely transport of items/orders to areas where they are needed as instructed by supervisor or the manager
• Pay bills and do bank transactions
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
• Report any instance of damage, mishap or accident to the supervisor
• Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management

About you

• High School level or with equivalent experience
• Preferably with at least 2-year experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent driving skills
