Job summary

enov8tive is seeking a reliable Company Driver to safely transport staff, clients, and materials within Manila and nearby areas. The role requires punctuality, sound knowledge of local routes, and strict adherence to traffic laws.

Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, logging travel records, performing errands, and handling government liaison tasks as needed. Work days are Monday to Friday with a daily rate of 700 PHP in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Punctual and reliable with good time management.
• Ability to handle confidential documents.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Company Driver to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of staff, documents, and company materials. The ideal candidate will be punctual, well-versed in local traffic laws, and capable of maintaining vehicle standards to support our daily operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Transport staff, clients, and company materials to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of travel logs, mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations while ensuring the safety of passengers and the vehicle
• Perform external office errands and deliver documents or small parcels to clients, partners, and government offices.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance (e.g., registration, oil changes, tire checks) and report any issues promptly.
• Handle government registration processes, official document submissions, and other liaison transactions.

• Perform other administrative or office support tasks as assigned during downtime

Qualification

• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record (Automatic and Manual)
• Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and navigation tools
• Excellent time management skills and a punctual, reliable work ethic
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care
• Professional demeanor and good communication skillsBasic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus
