Job summary

YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is seeking a reliable Driver to transport executives and staff, run errands, and deliver documents and items across designated locations. You will perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 2 years of driving experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License for the assigned vehicle.
• At least 2 years of experience as a driver (company/executive/delivery).
• Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Physically fit for driving and load/unload tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and authorized personnel to and from designated locations.
• Transport and deliver documents, parcels, supplies, equipment, and other items.
• Perform company errands including visits to government offices, banks, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of documents and packages.
• Follow schedules, routes, and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, lights, brakes, oil, water).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance needs, accidents, or incidents to supervisor.
• Observe traffic rules and road safety at all times.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel, and maintenance.

About the role

Transport and deliver company documents, parcels, supplies, equipment, and other authorized items. Perform company-related errands, including visits to government offices, banks, suppliers, clients, and other external offices.

• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of documents, packages, and other company items
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and instructions from the immediate supervisor
• Conduct daily inspection of the assigned vehicle, including checking fuel, tires, lights, brakes, oil, water, and other basic vehicle conditions
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned company vehicle
• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or unusual incidents immediately to the supervisor
• Observe all traffic rules, company policies, and road safety regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities

About you

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
• Valid Professional Driver's License appropriate to the vehicle assigned
• At least 2 years of experience as a Company Driver, Executive Driver, Delivery Driver, or similar role
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and maintenance
• Familiar with traffic rules and road safety regulations
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving and loading/unloading duties when required
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or overtime when required
• No serious traffic violations or driving-related offenses
