• Permit Management: Oversee the entire permit application process from initial submission to final approval. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant local and state regulations and ensure that all permit applications adhere to these requirements.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and regulatory agencies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all permit-related activities, including applications, approvals, and correspondence. Prepare and submit regular status reports to management.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to gather necessary information and documentation for permit applications.
