Job Description
The Liaison Administrative Staff is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between internal departments and external partners (such as government agencies, vendors, or clients). This role combines traditional administrative support with high-level relationship management to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Document & Compliance Processing: Manage the submission and renewal of official documents, licenses, and permits with regulatory bodies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a meticulous filing system of all outgoing and incoming official correspondence.
- Reporting: Prepare summaries, status reports, and briefings for management regarding the progress of external transactions.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and site visits between different stakeholders.
- Assist in processing invoices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related administrative/liaison functions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Working Location
On-site in Quezon City.
